Potato Casserole: Submitted by: HBBB | Date Added: 5 Jun 2011 Ingredients:

2 lbs frozen has brown chunks
1/2 c melted margarine
<1t salt
<1/2t pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2c finely chopped onion
12oz (3c) grated cheddar

Cooking Instructions:

Place hash browns in 13x9 glass baking dish; drizzle with margarine. In separate bowl mix salt, pepper, soup, sour cream, onion and cheese. Pour over potato. Top with bread crumbs.

Bake in 13x9" pan for 350 for 1-1 1/2 hrs.
