1 pkg instant butterscotch pudding mix (3.4 oz)
1 1/2c cold milk
1 c canned pumpkin
1 t pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 c whipped topping
Ginger snaps-optional
In mixing bowl, beat pudding & milk until well blended. Blend in pumpkin & pie spice. Fold in whipped topping. Chill. Garnish w/ ginger snaps.
