1 bag milk choc chips
3 T margarine
1/2 c light corn syrup
2 t vanilla
1 c powdered sugar
4 c rice krispies
Stir chips, margarine & corn syrup over heat until smooth. Remove from heat; add vanilla & sugar until mixed in. Add rice krispies. Spread in pan. Keep refridgerated.
