1.5-2 pounds chicken breast
1 diced onion
1 diced green pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 ca chicken broth
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup ketchup
1/3 packed brown sugar (i think i'll use 1/4 next time)
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown mustard
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Add everything to the crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours
About an hour before serving, remove chicken and fork pull
put chicken back in crock pot
Serve on buns
