1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
and a bunch of chocolate chips
Beat the butter until creamy, 2 minutes. Add the sugars, beat for 2 more minutes. Mix in the peanut butter and egg. Mix together the dry ingredients - flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir the dry ingredients into the sugar butter mixture.
Wrap dough in plastic and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
then put into a big pan at 350 degrees and cook for 15 min
after 15 min or until golden take out and DRENCH in Chocolate chips
let those melt and then spread around
let them chill for about 2 hours or more (the colder the better)
