50# flour (2.5#)
40oz sugar (2oz)
8oz salt (.4oz)
8oz oil (.4oz)
6oz yeast (.3oz)
30# water (1.5# ~6cups)

Cooking Instructions:

Mix everything together
Make dough balls
10" = 10-11oz
12" = 14-15oz
14" = 20-21oz
Place balls on cookie tray
Coat lightly with oil
Cover with plastic wrap
Let raise for at least 4 hours
Toss
