10 oz cut frozen broccoli (or other frozen veggies)
2 whole chicken breasts (cooked)
1 can cream soup (chicken or mushroom)
1/2 c mayo
1/2 t lemon juice
1/8 t curry powder
1/2+ c shredded cheddar cheese
bread crumbs
Cook chicken. Cook veggies until tender; drain; arrange in greased 8" glass baking dish. Place chicken over veggies. In separate bowl combine soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake 350 for 30 mins or until bubbly.
