1# sweet italian sausage
1 medium onion
24oz cottage cheese
16oz mozzarella cheese
2 jars spaghetti sauce
9oz farfalle pasta
Dice onion
Brown and drain onion and sausage (or beef if you're a wimp)
mix everything other than mozzarella together in a 9x13 glass
sprinkle mozzarella over top
Cover with foil
Bake at 375* for 45 minutes
Uncover
Bake for 5-10 minutes until cheese starts to brown
