1/2 c margarine
1/2 c shortening
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c flour
2 t cream of tartar
1 t soda
1/4 t salt
Cream margarine, shortenig & sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Plop onto cookie sheet.
Bake 400 8-10 mins.
