1c shortening
2c sugar
3 eggs
4 1/4c flour
2t salt (I think I'll use less next time)
3t baking powder
2t vanilla

Cream shortening, sugar, eggs, and vanilla
Add 4c flour
Mix remaining dry ingredients and add
Chill for an hour
Roll thin on floured board
Cut and bake 10 minutes @ 250*

Icing: 1c 10x sugar
2T milk
