1 cup plus 2 Tbsp warm water
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp sugar
3 cups bread flour
2 1/2 Tbsp bread machine yeast
1 egg
2 Tbsp mixed Italian herbs

Put it in the bread machine and put it on the 1 hour setting.

I use various herbs instead of the mixed Italian.
