1 c butter
1 1/2 c butter
2 t vanilla
1 T water
2 c flour
1/8 t salt
1/8 t baking soda
3/4 c choc chips

cream butter & sugar
mix in dry ingredients
add choc chips
form balls on cookie sheet
freeze

dip in melted choc if desired

keep frozen-pop in mouth-enjoy!
