Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces fresh crab meat or canned crab meat, drained and flaked
1/4-1/2 medium onion, diced
1 teaspoon Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 green onion, finely sliced
1 large clove garlic, smashed, peeled, and finely minced
2 rolls uncut croissant rolls

Cooking Instructions

Mix everything except croissant rolls
Cut rolls into squares about 2"x2"
Put about 1/2 tablespoon mixture in the center of each square
Either fold squares in half on the diagonal or bring all four corners together
Bake as directed on croissant package
