1 egg
1/3 c softened margarine
1 pkg yellow or lemon cake mix

2 eggs
1 c sugar
1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
2 t lemon peel
1/4 c lemon juice

Mix egg, margarine & cake mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 c; put rest in 9x13" baking dish. Bake 350 for 15 mins

Mix eggs, sugar, baking powder, salt, lemon peel, lemon juice until foamy. Pour over hot crust. Sprinkle w reserved mixture.

Bake 350 for 15 mins.
Top with 10x sugar
