16 oz mushrooms
1 green pepper
1 onion
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
4 cups spaghetti sauce
2-2.5 pounds ground turkey
1.5 cup bisquick
2/3 cup grated parmesan
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup skim milk
shredded mozzeralla cheese
dice pepper and onion
break turkey up into bite size chunks
add pepper, onion, turkey, sauce, seasoning to crock pot and stir
cover and cook on low for 3 hours
mix bisquick, parm, oregano, and milk
drop bisquick into crock pot in chunks
cover and cook on high for 45-60 minutes
serve and sprinkle with mozzerella
