24 Ounces steak-ums
8 Ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 yellow onions
4 cubes beef bouillon
3 Cups water
2 Dashs black pepper
4 Tablespoons ketchup
1 Teaspoon prepared mustard
4 Tablespoons flour
1 Cup sour cream
extra wide egg noodles
In large frying pan, cook steak, shrooms & onions until golden brown. Add boulion, 2c hot water, salt, pepper, ketchup, & mustard. Cover, simmer about 30 minutes. Combine flour and 1c water. Stir into meat mixture. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce hear; stir in sour cream. Heat; do not boil. Serve over noodles.
