2-2.5# Ground beef (or turkey)
2 packages taco seasoning
2 jars taco sauce (I like to use 1 mild and 1 med)
3-4 cups sharp cheddar
10 small torillas

Brown and drain beef
Add taco seasoning and prepare as package specifies
Spoon beef into tortillas and roll, placing each into a 9x13 glass
Pour taco sauce over tortillas
Spread cheese over tortillas
Bake at 325* for about 20 minutes - until cheese starts to brown
