Ingredients

50 caramels (melt with milk until smooth)
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c flour
1 c oats
1 T soda
dash salt
3/4c br sugar
3/4 c margarine (melt)
6 T evaporated milk (or 4 T milk)

Cooking Instructions

Mix flour, oats, br sugar, soda & salt. Add melted margarine, milk. Spread 1/2 of mixture into 8" pan. Bake 350 for 10 mins.
Spread caramel on top. Sprinkle w chocolate chips. Sprinkle with remaining mixture.

Bake 350 for 15-18 mins
