4T butter
4T flour
1t salt
1/2 t pepper
2t chicken bouillon flavoring
4T chopped onion
4T tomato paste
3c half & half cream
1lb med shrimp
1lb pre-cooked crab meat (can use canned)
1c white wine
In large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, bouillon, and onion. Blend 1 1/2c half & half and tomato paste into the mixture. Mix in shrimp and crab. Turn temp to med heat and continue stirring until the mixture thickens.
Mix in remaining half & half and wine. Serve and enjoy!
