1 1/4 lb cooked ground beef
3 T worcestershire sauce
1 t sugar
1 c ketchup
pinch chili powder

Brown beef. In separate bowl combine all other ingredients. Stir into cooked beef. Stir over heat for a few minutes. Serve on hamburger buns with carrots and cottage cheese. Flick water from carrots on siblings!
